Put a betta bitta butta on yur bread...

Tenina's citrus butter...you can see it makes a generous amount.
I made this amazing citrus butter tonight using Tenina's recipe and it is like lime velvet.  I had lemons from my Aunty and limes from work and eggs from a friend - it was a perfect storm!

I strained mine after cooking cause I don't like bits...I can feel some tarts coming on...

I sterilised my jars in the rice basket, Varoma, 15 mins speed 4.  I had to do one at a time cause they are quite big jars.
