Best Chicken Pie Eva

Remember I mentioned that chicken pie from Jamie Oliver's 30 Minute Meals book?  Here is a picture of it in all it's glistening, crispy, puffed deliciousness.  And, yes, you just lay the sheet of pastry on the top, no fiddling about.  I criss crossed mine with a knife and brushed it twice with egg wash.  I let the egg wash dry before I add a second coat - I saw a French pastry chef do this on telly once.
