| Cherry Grannies |
Pre-heat oven to 180c and line a baking pan - lamington pan.
You will need:
250g oats - measure only 50g in first
70g almonds
50g pecans
80g sunflower seeds
90g dried cherries
Pinch of salt
350g sweetened condensed milk
Measure in 50g of the oats and blast the living daylights out of them for 10 seconds on speed 10. You will have a very fine meal. I took the TM out and gave it a shake to loosen it.
Measure in the remaining oats and all other dry ingredients then mix on reverse, speed 4 for 2 seconds.
Add sweetened condensed milk and mix on speed 4 for 20 seconds.
Scrape into a square lamington pan or similar squarish tin an press mix down with damp fingers.
Bake for 30 minutes on 180c. Allow to cool slightly before cutting into squares - it hardens as it cools.

I think I might drizzle these with melted chocolate next time too so that they are more desirable to smaller people. Or replace the cherries with crannies and add white choc chips. Nom, nom, nom.
